In a private 1-on-1 session, my focus is entirely on you and your unique journey towards peronal growth and achievement. These sessions allows you to work at your own pace, address your personal goals, concerns, and aspirations, and/or simply enjoy the convenience of yoga in your own home. Personalized coaching holds key to unlocking your full potential. Each person's body is different, with its own strengths, limitations, and areas in need of assistance. 

In our private sessions, a safe and supportive environment is provided where we can dial into detail on those specifics, working on targeted areas that may require extra care or attention. This focused approach accelerates your progress, helping you achieve your goals more efficiently and effectively than a one-size-fits-all class. The personalized guidance ensures that every movement and breath align with your intentions, fostering a deeper connection and understanding of your practice.

Online privates

Virtual sessions offer the convenience of practicing from anywhere while still having a tailored practice to your needs, wants, and desires. Whether due to a busy schedule, geographical constraints, or a preference for the comfort of your own space, online privates can be an excellent way to go.  

In-person privates

in-person sessions provide a unique advantage: ‘hands-on’ adjustments. Being physically present allows me to observe your alignment, posture, and movements more closely, making it easier to provide real-time corrections and guidance.


Ideal for students who are:

  • brand new to yoga;

  • more comfortable in one-on-one settings;

  • wanting to enhance motivation and accountability by obtaining direct encouragement and support;

  • looking for a customized approach;

  • longing to build a stronger foundation and refine their practice;

  • seeking specific performance enhancing yoga for off-the-mat activities, like: running, cycling, triathlons, weightlifting, surfing, rowing, hiking, etc.;  

  • targeted yoga for mobility, restoration, and/or injury recovery;

  • advancing practice with personalized master classes concentrating on specific inversions, handstands, arm balances, binds, etc.
