I’ve gone through extensive certified training programs (RYT 500), specializing in a variety of different practices including modern yoga, restorative yoga, breathwork techniques, inversions (handstands & arm balances), mobility & flexibility training, and gained a deep understanding of anatomy and the myofascial meridians.
During the classes and workshops, I will provide guidance for all levels of practice so you can decide what feels best for your body. Remember, it’s never about the pose and the aesthetics of it. It’s always about the movement itself; a direction and a sensation in order to deepen your awareness from within.

Within the yoga, movement and breathwork practice there is a huge variety of styles and formats and within them all a lot of differences in views, approaches, and executions. To me all of them are interesting as every single one of them offers an opportunity for growth.
Everyone has their own ideas, preferences and sayings in what a certain practice might or should look like. Especially in the yoga community, whether you lean more towards traditional yoga practices or a modern approach, in the end all that matters is the after glow: how it made you feel. Every teacher gives their personal twist when teaching, and also I’ve my way of sharing with you my experience and knowledge.
